Who We Are.
Founded in 2010, System Works provides project and construction management services for a range of industries, including Pharmaceutical and Bio-Tech.
Our primary mission is to increase the flexibility and effectiveness of groups involved in capital projects.
Our staff of qualified professionals offers the skills needed to plan and execute work from conception to production. We augment your permanent staff, delivering industry specific expertise and local market knowledge to assist owners in delivering a safe project to secured sites.

Bryan Allred
President and Senior Manager
As owner of System Works, Bryan has managed multiple successful projects, including a 40,000 sq. ft. Pharmaceutical Manufacturing building addition, Production equipment and water system upgrades and HVAC upgrades. Along with his team, Bryan will be responsible for the successful completion of your project.
Dean Allred
Construction Manager
Dean has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, including project manager, area manager, estimator, subcontractor coordinator, and area engineer. He has managed projects in the bio-pharmaceutical, industrial, and commercial sectors.
James Bunn
Project Manager
Our Project Manager has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry as a chief estimator, project director and project manager. He has executed projects in the biopharmaceutical, hospital, university, industrial and government sectors.
